As unsustainable systems break down, the impacts of climate change intensify, cultures of divisiveness and domination attempt to amplify their violence, and various forms of media keep us hyper-informed about it all … the question “What can I do?” is raised with higher stakes and a greater intensity, more often.
Contending each day with systems and circumstances we cannot control, so many of us are feeling isolated, insufficient, exhausted, and/or powerless. It can be hard to find our next right step from this place.
You will not find any ready-made, neatly-packed, one-size-fits-all approaches to any of the complex issues we contend with here.
We will not claim to be able to answer this question for you.
Instead, we’ve brought to life a choose your own adventure curriculum that resides within our Three Nested Spheres of Healearning, outlined below.
We get to walk right beside each other as we all attempt to sort this mess out for ourselves.
Sovereign Rhythms is here to hold space for indigenous elders, inquisitive experts, and existential explorers to share wisdoms of their learnings and lived experiences.
Our self-guided curriculum amplifies voices from a diverse array of contexts and cultures.
You’ll find a broad selection of liberative and evolutionary classes, courses, conversations, communities, and connection opportunities.
Everything we offer here is designed to support you in finding your own answers, and building the awareness, capacity, and skill to take effectively aligned action.

Wisdom Keepers Initiative
We’re always actively fundraising for and working within our Wisdom Keepers Initiative.
Through this initiative we get to seek out and offer our platforms to folks who know what it is to be pushed to the margins of dominator culture.
We curate welcoming spaces for these voices of wisdom to share with as much ease as possible.
Our Wisdom Keepers get to be more comprehensively nourished through sharing their gifts which simultaneously get to become more widely accessible to others who could so greatly benefit from them.
